Referral Program
You not only save money by having a Port-A-Cool® model, you can also make money
too!
If you did not receive your PAC
Referral Number
sign-up form when you purchased your Port-A-Cool®
unit(s), and you wish
to participate in the referral program, then just fill out this simple
form. PAC Referral Numbers are not issued automatically when you purchase a
Port-A-Cool®
product. You must request this authorization. After reading the agreement,
please fill in
all the information and where you want us to send your checks. You
will be issued a PAC Referral Number within 24 hours.
Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals Referral Program Agreement
In
consideration of the mutual terms and conditions contained herein,
Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals (an Authorized Port-A-Cool, LLC
Distributor) and Referral Participant agree as follows:
(1) Participant is not an employee or distributor of Port-A-Cool Sales
& Rentals or the manufacturer, Port-A-Cool, LLC. for any purpose whatsoever,
including any employee benefit plans or programs offering insurance of
any kind. (2) Participant is at least 18 years of age. (3) Participant
has a social security number. (4) Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals will pay
Participant $50.00 each time a new customer is referred to Port-A-Cool
Sales & Rentals
along with Participant's PAC Referral Number.
"New customer" as described herein is an individual, company,
organization or government agency who has purchased at least one of
the units described in section #7 of this agreement as a result of the
referral information provided to Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals by Participant. (5)
Participant must have a valid PAC Referral Number registered with Port-A-Cool
Sales & Rentals.
(6) Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals will make payment to Participant within 10 days of
delivery and/or payment of invoice from the generated sale. A
"generated sale" as described herein refers to either one unit or for
any number of units a client purchases and any subsequent purchases. (7) Sales
generated from Participant's referral must be at least one of the
following Port-A-Cool® models: 16" Port-A-Cool®, 24" Port-A-Cool®, 36"
(Single, Adjustable or Variable Speed) Port-A-Cool®, 2-Speed 48" Port-A-Cool®,
48" Hazardous Location Port-A-Cool®, 36" Hazardous
Location Port-A-Cool®, 16" Air Powered Port-A-Cool®, 24" Air
Powered Port-A-Cool®, 36" Air Powered
Port-A-Cool®, JetStream 1600 or JetStream 2400. No other units
or models including portable air conditioners or KA series home
evaporative cooling units shall constitute a sale in order to receive
a reward. In addition, Port-A-Cool® parts, products and
accessories do not count as unit sales for a Participant's referral reward.
If a referral client purchases at least one of the mentioned products
regardless of other products they may order this is not eligible for
reward, Participant shall receive the $50.00 reward for the product
purchased that is eligible for the reward. (8) In the unlikely event that any dispute should occur concerning a
Participant's referral after a delivery, proven customer confirmation
must be in writing within thirty (30) days after delivery. (9) This
agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State Of California.
(10) Any false claims, lawsuits or civil disputes are grounds for
cancellation of the Agreement with Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals and any Participant,
including indemnification for attorney's fees. (11) If a Participant
receives payments which total more than $600.00 in a fiscal or tax
year, Participant will be issued a Form 1099 in January of the next
year. This information must be reported to the Internal Revenue
Service. (12) Participant is responsible for reporting any local,
state or federal tax due. (13) If a new customer has already been
contacted by Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals or has previously contacted Port-A-Cool
Sales & Rentals,
however, later presents Participant's PAC Referral Number and a sale is
generated, Participant will still receive a $50.00 reward.
(14) If after delivery is made to any new customer and payment is made
without mention of any Participant's PAC Referral Number, then no payment will
be made to any Participant. Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals must receive
referral information
before delivery and invoice payment. (15) This offer is being made
exclusively by Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals and not the manufacturer,
Port-A-Cool, LLC.
I agree and want to
sign-up for the Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals Referral Program and receive
$50.00 for every new customer I refer to Port-A-Cool Sales & Rentals.
