Rebate Program Guidelines:

1) Purchases eligible to receive a rebate under this Rebate Program must originate directly from an authorized distributor of Port-A-Cool® portable evaporative cooling units and be made during the time period from June 22, 2009, until August 31, 2009.
2) To apply for a rebate under this program, purchaser must submit valid documentation demonstrating proof-of-purchase and a fully and accurately completed warranty card for each unit purchaser intends to be eligible for rebate.
3) All rebate applications must be received within 14 days of date of purchase.
4) All approved rebates will be remitted in the form of AMEX Cash Gift Cards and forwarded to purchaser within 4 to 6 weeks from Port-A-Cool’s receipt of valid rebate application.
5) This Rebate Program is available exclusively on purchases of Port-A-Cool® portable evaporative
cooling units purchased for use within the United States of America.
6) This Rebate Program is void where prohibited.
